Shri Aniruddha Singh, learned Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit in compliance of the order dated 06.09.2024, which is taken on record.
He further submits that the Writ-Court had issued a direction for consideration of the representation of the applicant and the same was required to be decided within a period of six weeks.
It is urged that considering the representation of the applicant, an appropriate order has been passed on 06.04.2024 and the same has been brought on record. It is further urged that the direction stands complied with and no further orders are required. It has also been pointed out that since there is already a petition engaging the attention of the competent court, where the present applicant is respondent No.9 and, therefore, he can get his rights adjudicated in the said case.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he requires sometime to examine the same.
List this matter after six weeks.
The authority concerned need not appear unless required by this Court.
