- The present contempt application is filed with the prayer to punish the opposite party for committing contempt to the judgment and order dated 16.2.2024 passed in S.C.C. Revision No.51 of 2016 (R.K. Shukla Vs. Ravindra Srivastava).
- It is evident from the record that eviction order was passed by the competent court in favour of the applicant, which was challenged in the appeal, and same was also dismissed. It is also evident that thereafter, S.C.C. Revision No. 51 of 2016 was filed, which was disposed of and respondent filed affidavit by giving undertaking to vacate the premises within a period of three months from the date of order and rent was also be paid continuously till the vacation of the premises.
