1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. despite the fact that there are two learned counsels appearing in the matter. Sri Devendra Nath Mishra, learned counsel for the State is present.

1. The anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Juvenile , seeking anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest in Case Crime No. 859 of 2011, under Sections 323/34, 325/34, 304/34, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffarnagar.

1. Even previously on 18.07.2024 there was no representation from the side of the applicant and it was made clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right. Today again even in the revised list there is no one present on behalf of the applicant to press this anticipatory bail application.

1. In view of the same, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
