It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the Charge Sheet No. 352 of 2019, dated 28.09.2019 and cognizance/summoning order dated 01.10.2019 in Case No. 813/IX of 2019 (State vs. Jagveer and 5 others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Kosikalan, District Mathura arising out of Case Crime No. 375 of 2019, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Chata, Mathura during pendency of the present matter. And it is further requested to order the trial court to jointly trial the present cross case with the Case No. 63/IX of 2020 (State vs. Nemchand and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 376 of 2019, Police Station Kosikalan, District Mathura, under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 325, 354, 452, 506 I.P.C. as such the present Case is cross case and/or to pass such other and further order protecting the interest of the applicant, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, so that justice may be done."
