Applicant- Mohd Imran Khan has filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the cognizance order dated 02.12.2022 in Case No.427 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.112 of 2022, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Mahila Thana, District Saharanpur.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the trial has commenced, therefore he has instructions to withdraw this application.
