Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 25.6.2024 passed by Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar in case arising out of case crime No. 583 of 2023 (Zeeshan Ahmed Vs. State of U.P.), under Sections 406, 420, I.P.C., Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application has become infructuous due to settlement of dispute between the parties.
The instant application is dismissed as infructuous accordingly.
