Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 2.2.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr in case arising out of case crime No. 305 of 1981 (State Vs. Neerpal Singh and others) under Sections 302, 307/34, I.P.C., Police Station Aurangabad, District Bulandshahr, whereby the C.J.M. concerned rejected the application, which has been filed in pursuance of judgment and order dated 10.1.2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 165 of 2016 (Ganesh Vs. State of U.P.) by a Division Bench of this Court.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly.
Office shall return the certified copy of the order to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining a xerox of the same.
