Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 16.3.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 15, Allahabad in Criminal Revision No. 102 of 2022, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 30.11.2021 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad in Misc. Case No. 39620 of 2021, by which the application under Section 156(3), Cr.P.C. has been dismissed.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the instant Application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Office shall return the certified copy of the impugned order to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining a xerox of the same.
