Ms. Neelam Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rajeev Giri, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Karunakar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to quash the order dated 14.6.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura in case arising out of case crime No. 971 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, I.P.C., Police Station Highway, District Mathura, whereby initiation of proceedings under Section 82, Cr.P.C. has been passed.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present application has become infructuous due to release of the applicants on bail.
The instant application is dismissed as infructuous accordingly.
