Sri Mohd Imran Khan, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Tej Bhan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to issue a direction to the Court of A.C.J.M.-II, Gautam Budh Nagar to conclude the proceeding/trial of Case No. 3067 of 2016, arising out of NCR No. 33 of 2016, under Sections 427 and 506 of IPC, (State Vs. Vivek Singh and Others), Police Station- Surajpur, District- Gautam Budh Nagar within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
