Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery citation dated 26.12.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the entire outstanding in easy installments.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the said proposal.
In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off providing that the recovery issued against the petitioner shall not be affected subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.50,000/- on or before 31.05.2023.
The balance amount shall be paid by the petitioner in four equal installments. Meaning thereby, the first installment shall be paid by 31.08.2023, second installment by 30.11.2023, third installment by 29.02.2024 and the last installment alongwith interest shall be paid by 30.06.2024.
In case of default, the present order shall automatically come to an end.
It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be required to pay any recovery charges if the amounts are paid as directed above.
