Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner for grant of firearm license is pending before the respondent no.2, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the application, if any, filed by the petitioner for issuance of firearm license, in accordance with law, with all expeditions preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
