The present petitioner has been filed with the following prayer:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ or direction in suitable nature directing to the respondent no. 1 to decide the S.A. No. 209 of 2021 "M/s. Maa Sharda Rice Mill and another Vs. Bank of Baroda, RO SARB, Varanasi through its authorized officer" as early as possible within stipulated period, and/or pass such others and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the present case, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court. Otherwwsie petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."

Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Udai Pratap Singh, Advocate on behalf of the respondent no. 2.

Considering the nature of the prayer made and the fact that application is pending before the respondent no. 1 since 2021, the present petition is disposed off directing the O.P. No. 1 to hear and decide the S.A. No. 209 of 2021 "M/s. Maa Sharda Rice Mill and another Vs. Bank of Baroda, RO SARB, Varanasi through its authorized officer, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months.
