Present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating fair price shop license of the petitioner has been cancelled vide order dated 16.01.2023.
The petitioner has preferred an appeal and a stay application; the stay application has been rejected by means of an order dated 09.02.2023.
Considering the fact that the appeal is pending before respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off directing respondent no.2 to hear and decide the appeal itself on merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months.
