Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions received from the office of District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi dated 13.01.2023 is placed before this Court and along-with the said instructions, the decision taken by him on the same date namely on 13.01.2023 is also placed before this Court, the same are taken on record. Copy also provided to the counsel for the petitioner.
It appears from perusal of the aforesaid that decision has been taken by the District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi by which the claim set up by the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 13.01.2023.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion, that since the decision has already been taken, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
