Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court the decision taken by the Director Society Welfare, U.P., Lucknow dated 10.01.2023 by which the claim set up by the petitioner was rejected, the same is taken on record. Copy of the same also provided to the counsel for the petitioner.
After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
