Heard Sri Arun Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.K. Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.3 to make necessary correction in the revenue records of 1435 Fasli in respect of Khata No. 0107 pursuant to some orders passed during the course of consolidation proceedings.
Counsel for the State-respondents submits that instructions have been received from the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Madiyahun, District Jaunpur indicating therein that the requisite correction in the revenue records has been carried out in terms of the order passed by the Consolidation Officer, Madiyahun, District Jaunpur in Case No. 104 under Rule 109 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1953. A copy of the corrected Khatauni is also stated to have been appended along with the instructions.
Having regard to the aforestated stand taken by the respondentauthorities counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives and accordingly the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any father.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
