Sri Harindra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner after making submissions to some extent has not disputed that the orders dated 25.04.2018 and 04.11.2022 passed in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 would be subject to a statutory remedy. Accordingly, learned counsel states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
Sri Chandra Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the caveator and Sri Sanjeev Pandey, learned Standing Counsel have no objection.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
