Sri Virendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the relief sought by means of present writ petition has been granted inasmuch as there are no encroachments over the public pathway which is adjacent to Gata No. 655 at VillageMajhpura, Tehsil- Chibramau, District- Kannauj. Accordingly, learned counsel states that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further.
Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Sanjai Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.4 have no objection.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
