Sri Arvind Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the stand taken by the State-authorities in personal affidavit dated 16.03.2023 filed by the respondent no.3 that the petitioners have been put in possession over the plot no. 70/2 area 278.15 sq. meters pursuant to orders passed in proceedings under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Case No. 00596/2021), no cause of action survives and accordingly the petitioners do not wish to pursue the matter any further.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
