Ms. Priti Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the stand taken by the State counsel on the basis of instructions received from the respondent-authorities, as noticed in the previous order dated 21.02.2023, the grievance sought to be raised in the present writ petition with regard to alleged encroachments over Arazi No.409 Area 0.660 hectares situate at Village- Gautam Chak Mathiya, Tehsil- Deoria, District- Deoria, has been redressed and accordingly, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further.
Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents has no objection.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
