Prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No.T202316640602233 of 2023 (Eviction suit) (Kripa Shankar v. Maya Mohan & Ors.) under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 has been made.

The suit has been filed in March 2023 itself and the petitioner has rushed to this Court for seeking expeditious disposal of the same.

There is only one order on the order sheet whereby notices have been issued to the concerned defendants.

The Court does not find any ground to expedite the proceedings of a suit, in which, only notices have been issued to the defendants who have not yet put in appearance and the Court is not sure about the fact as to whether steps to serve the defendants have been taken.

Be that as it may, as the suit has been filed very recently, no direction can be issued for expeditious disposal of the same by giving preference to the said case over other cases.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition after substantial proceedings in the suit are held by the court concerned and necessity for a direction arises.
