1. At the very outset, Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar Gour Hari learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition as certain errors have crept in framing of the petition.
2. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
