Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide a representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2023, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of representation.
