Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel.
The petitioners allegedly field a Suit No.NIL of 2018 dated 13.12.2018 (Ashok Kumar and another vs. Forest Department) seeking remedy under Sections 9/11 of the Indian Forest Act, which is stated to be pending before the Forest Settlement Officer, Obra, Sonbhadra.
In view of the aforesaid we do not find any any good reason to entertain this writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed .
