The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking mandamus, directing the respondent No. 2 i.e. Naib Tehsildar, Tahsil Barhaj, District Deoria to decide the Case No. 2049 of 2022 (Computer Case No. T202205200402049) (Ram Ishwar Vs. Chandrabhan) within stipulated period.
The case has been pending for quite some time.
In view of the above, the respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the Case No. 2049 of 2022 (Computer Case No. T202205200402049) by a reasoned and speaking order on merit expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
