Heard Sri Manu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner is before this Court with prayer that the Mutation Case No. 06040 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T202005440406040) (Nilam Devi and other Vs. Sarswati Devi) may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that if any such case is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.

In view of the above, the respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the Mutation Case No. 06040 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T202005440406040) by a reasoned and speaking order on merit expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
