Heard Sri Jitendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner is before this Court with prayer that the Case No. 296 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. T202305310700296) (Murati Devi Vs. Gulab) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such case is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, the respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the Case No. 296 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. T202305310700296) (Murati Devi Vs. Gulab) by a reasoned and speaking order on merit expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
