On the basis of the written instructions received, Mr. Vijay Bahadur Maurya, learned Counsel states that arrears on account Assured Career Progression have been paid to the petitioner on 11.12.2023. The petitioner has also been paid her revised pension and gratuity on the basis of the added Assured Career Progression.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position and states that now no cause of action survives in this petition.
It is, accordingly, consigned to record.
