Mr. Pashupati Nath Tripathi, learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4 has produced before the Court an order dated 13.12.2023 signed by the Assistant General Manager, Indian Bank, Chennai, who has rejected the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment.
A copy of the order dated 13.12.2023 produced before the Court is retained on record and shall be made part of record.
In this view of the matter, this petition has been rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by the Assistant General Manager, Indian Bank, Chennai, in such manner as advised.
