The petitioner's prayer for promotion to the post of Computer with effect from 22.07.2004 was held grossly time-barred, and his writ petition, being Writ - A No. 12961 of 2018 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2018. Now, the petitioner, after retirement, seeks notional promotion on the post of Computer with effect from the year 22.07.2004, a relief that he was actually denied, while in service.
This petition is misconceived. It is, accordingly, dismissed .
