A report of Block Development Officer, Badlapur, District Jaunpur; D.D.C., Jaunpur and Collector, Jaunpur, dated 19.11.2022 has been placed before this Court, wherein it has been stated that the plots of petitioner nos. 2588, 2589 & 2590 are not being disturbed for the purpose of carving out any road.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner that road is being made from his plots is not correct. In view of the report dated 19.11.2022 aforesaid, there is no threat to his plots.
In view of the above, no further order is required to passed in this writ petition.
This writ petition is disposed of.
