Heard Mr. Majahar Ali, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing respondents-1 to 4.
After some arguments, it transpires that the result of selection for the post of Assistant Panchayat cum Data Entry Operator has not been challenged.
When confronted with above, learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that he be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars and proper relief.
Prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel.
In view of above, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
