On the aforesaid premise learned standing counsel contends that the present petition is liable to be dismissed.
When confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner could not overcome the same.
In view of above, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of laches.
It is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of laches.
