Heard Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing respondents 1 to 4.
At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner contends that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh, as prayer made in the writ petition is incorrect.
Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.
In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
