Petitioner has approached this Court for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent-3 District Programe Officer, Ghazpur for taking further action in pursuance of dismissal order dated 15.4.2021 passed against respondent-3 and further to recover the entire honorarium paid to respondent-5 for committing fraud and breach of trust with the State Government.
Prima facie, this Court is of the view that petitioner has no locus to maintain this writ petition before this Court, as there is no public interest in service matter.
Petition fails and is liable to be dismissed.
It is accordingly dismissed.
