The petitioner has claimed the second Assured Career Progression (ACP) as she had completed a certain number of years in service. She has also claimed the benefits of seventh pay commission. In this regard, the petitioner had represented on 8.7.2020 before the respondent no.3.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation which the petitioner had filed on 8.7.2020 be decided by the respondent no.3 within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order after hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
