The petitioner commenced his services as a work charged supervisor with effect from 24.6.1987. Thereafter his services were regularized on 5.3.2002. Subsequently, he retired on 31.5.2020.
Grievance of the petitioner is that while calculating his retiral benefits, the petitioner's ad-hoc services as work charge employee were not being taken into account.
In this regard, the petitioner has represented on 14.12.2020. Thereafter, he again represented on 25.2.2021.
Under such circumstances, without further going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2020 be decided by the respondent no. 2, the Director-cum-Chief Engineer, Rural Engineering Department, Lucknow, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
