The petitioner who was working as Gram Rozgar Sewak with effect from 15.3.2008 was aggrieved by the fact that for the past 45 months he was not being paid his salary.
On the last occasion, learned Standing Counsel was required to take instructions as to why the representation had not been decided.
Today, no instructions had been produced by the learned Standing Counsel.
Under such circumstances, it shall be in the interest of justice that the petitioner's representation/application dated 9.12.2019 be decided by the respondent no. 3, the Block Development Officer, Vikas Khand Saltauva, Gopalpur, District - Basti, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
