The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Appeal which was filed on 6.2.2021 against the order dated 8.1.2021 was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the Appeal be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the Appeal.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Additional Director General of Police, Bareilly Zone, Bareilly, may decide the Appeal which was filed on 6.2.2021 against the order dated 8.1.2021 within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
