Sri Manish Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the order dated 13.9.2021 was passed by Director, Directorate of Technical Education, U.P. Vikas Nagar, Kanpur, whereby name of the petitioner was removed from promotional list of the institution and as such, he does not want to press this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as such with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
Prayer is accepted.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
