This is an application for dismissing the writ petition as withdrawn.
In paragraph no.2 of the listing application no.5 of 2022 it is stated that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is fixed in April, 2022 and he requires money from the fund, which could not be released to the petitioner due to pendency of this writ petition, hence, this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The prayer is accepted.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
