It transpires from the record that the appellants were granted bail by Co-ordinate Single Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.03.1984.
It appears from the record that the appellant- Muneshwar has preferred a composite Criminal Appeal No.845 of 1983 through his regular Counsel Shri Km. C. Mani against the impugned order and judgment dated 15.11.1983 passed by the trial Court.
In view of the aforesaid, the present Jail Appeal No.91 of 1984 be consigned to record .
Office is directed to delink Jail Appeal No.91 of 1984 from Criminal Appeal No.845 of 1983.
