Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has fallen in love with one Sajiya and they wanted to marry with each other, but on the complaint moved by one Abdul Majeed, petitioner's wife Sajiya had been detained in the Detention Centre because of juvenility, who had stated before the Court concerned that her parents had expired and she did not know the alleged complainant. He further submits that after attaining age of majority, she was released from the Detention Centre and she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner and one child, namely, Aditya Kumar Gupta was born out of the said wedlock. When she went to visit her aunt's house, she was subjected to gang rape and thereafter done to death. When the petitioner came to know this fact, he immediately rushed to the place of occurrence, but an FIR bearing Case Crime No. 863 of 2018 had been lodged against him and in pursuance thereof he was sent to jail and now he has been granted bail. During the intermittent period, the petitioner has moved several applications for searching about his son and when nothing has been done on his applications, he has filed the instant writ petition.
