This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :-
"(i.) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari be issued quashing the impugned F.I.R. No. 256 of 2020, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, and 471 of IPC, Police Station Hazratganj, District Lucknow."
Learned A.G.A. for the State states that investigation has been concluded and chargesheet submitted against the petitioner in the Court. Hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
