This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers :-
"(i.) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari be issued quashing the impugned F.I.R. No. 250 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504, 352, 307, 427 IPC, Police Station Aaspur Devsara, District Pratapgarh.
(ii) writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus be issued commanding the opp. parties not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned FIR."
Heard Shri Kunal Jaikrit, Advocate holding brief of Shri Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Arunendra, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned AGA for the State, states that in the present case names of the petitioners Vinod Kumar and Umesh Kumar @ Vikas Kumar have been dropped during the course of investigation hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous .
