This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned FIR dated 10.10.2021 bearing FIR No.0425 of 2021, under Sections 304-B, 201, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bahraich; with a further prayer to not arrest of the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned FIR.
Learned brief holder for the State-respondents has pointed out that the investigation has been concluded and final report has been submitted before the Competent Court on 15.02.2022.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
