This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 01.09.2021 registered as F.I.R. No.0766 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 419, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi.
Learned Additional Government Advocate and learned Counsel for the private respondent have submitted that after conclusion of the investigation, charge sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned on 01.11.2022.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
