The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 12.09.2020 in Case Crime No.0289 of 2020, under Sections 147, 353, 504 and 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(Da)/3(1)(Dha) of SC/ST Act Police Station Tambaur District Sitapur and be further pleased to not to take any coercive measure against the petitioners and their family members.
Learned A.G.A. for the State states that investigation has been concluded and chargesheet submitted against the petitioners on 02.03.2021. Hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
