This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner- Vijay Kumar , seeking a writ of mandamus thereby commanding the police authorities concerning with police Station Achalganj, District Unnao to conduct proper and impartial investigation regarding the matter alleged in the FIR which is contained in Annexure No.1.
Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions received by him, states that the investigation of the present case has been concluded and Final Report has been submitted before the competent Court on 13.04.2022.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Final Report, if so aggrieved.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
